You are referring to a 20 Franc coin from Morocco dated AH1371 (or 1952 AD), under the reign of King Mohammed the Fifth. 20,000,000 of such 23.8mm in diameter coins (Y#50) were produced at the Paris from Aluminum-Bronze; the obverse has a 5 pointed star and the date, as well as some writing in Arabic, while the reverse has the denomination and the name "Maroc" (French for Morocco). According to the 2010 Standard Catalog of World Coins, and example is worth US$0.25 in Fine condition, US$0.50 in Very Fine condition, US$1.00 in Extremely Fine condition, and US$4.00 in Uncirculated condition.
