Bill, I'm sure this is just an oversight, but, this stamp is perforated - on all edges. And, it was (at purchase from the Post Office) perforated with the identifying insignia/initials of the company that bought and registered the right to use them with these holes already in them) to prevent pilferage and theft; and/or advertize themselves; or these perforations were the method of cancellation used. There is no way that anyone can say that this stamp is imperforate ("imperf."), which means: "not perforated". Sorry, but I have to say that that is just plain wrong and will confuse new collectors, no end. Please change that description. -Whitefoote
