Since the USPS upped their shipping fees, I am sharing the shipping costs for the heavier packages-just to defray the costs somewhat...sorry.

It just rips the paper, you know, like when you're cutting a piece of wrapping paper? No paperwork, long lost

I really don't remember what the title was when I purchased it, sorry. I've been trying to Google it myself to see if I could find it, but no luck. That silver roller you see has a sharp cutting disk on it....
