This is an original 1954 Topps #97 JERRY LANE baseball card.
Lane was a relief pitcher with the Senators in 1953, and with the Cincinnati Redlegs (Reds) in 1954 and 1955.
This is Lane's rookie card.

Card is not mint, but not terrible for a free 1954 Topps card. Check out the pictures: it has rounded and/or dinged corners and other mild general wear, but no creases. Honestly, it's better than a good percentage of the "vintage" cards I have received lately from Listia, and as compared to most I at least took the time to list the defects and get a clear picture; I'm not out to mislead anyone on what they're bidding on, because I know that I get disappointed by receiving less than I was hoping for when auctions arrive, so I should expect other buyers to feel the same. (hint hint: this is good advice at building a good relationship with buyers on here, folks)
