This is an electronic book availabe only in digital delivery. A version on CD may be shipped to you for the additional cost of $3. (combined cost of shipping plus the CD).

Normal digital delivery will occur at the end of auction directly to your regular email account, the winner will need to provide their actual email address after the close of auction.

Please be aware the email delivery can only be done to a real email address because Listia doesn't allow attachments to it's messages.

Ok I wanted to give Kindle fire / Kindle Fire HD users instructions on how to get and read eBooks for alternative sources. Amazon has locked the native access for this. So you'll have to download a sufficient Alternate e-reader such as the highly recommended Aldiko, or FBReader is another one. You may also want to download Adobe acrobat for some PDF and PostScript files. After this is done download the eBook from it's source, when it's finished downloaded and you can see the finished/downloaded indicator in the upper lethand corner, click on that indicator. Then selectt the option to Import the document into Aldiko. This will import the e-Book into your alternative e-library. From now on whenever you want a book from Amazon marketplace you use the Kindle Fire native client, and when it's from another source you use Aldiko.

Oh yes indeed and yours too fine gentleman:) My 13 year old sang two songs in her broadway school dinner show last night! She looked real regal as Mary Poppins with her fancy gown and umbrellas singing, "Practically Perfect" (school choir sang background along with Dick Van Dyke character) and from Alice and Wonderland Home" which was a closing show solo act. Second favorite to those acts was her friend singing Oliver Twist song "Where is Love" and nine girls in grade 9 singing "Diamonds are a girls best friend". That reminds me I need to upload an few videos to Facebook for public view! The chicken catchitore plus Caesar salad dinner with cake was a hit too. Thanks!
