Yes...I agree! Not sure how long they will smell for??? I have not tried them, but the scratch and sniff on the outside of the package smells amazing!

I am sorry that I cannot answer your question with a measurement, but the package is unopened and it is not stated on the package. It only says recommended for ages 5 and up. It does however show a high-top shoes on the package, so I would think it will fit Most shoes. Hope this helps out. : )
