I'll tell everyine something funny that happened to me in this game:

One time I was out of money, didn't have a job yet, and I moved to the next location. I needed money to fix up my next place, so, I went back to the first house and...you don't get money for selling stuff of the house except, the wallpaper, walls and the floors right? So I sold all that and kept the money and left the original residents there without any walls or floors.
A long time after I've lived a while in my next place, I went back to visit the 'ol house. Everything was reseted as it was as when I first got there. Everyone, I mean everyone, had a hatred karma towards me. At first I didn't know why. I talked with them nicely, and they still hated me.
Then I remembered that I 'stole' from there and left them with absolute no privacy. "Is this real? Is this really happening?". I asked myself. Reallly, I'm not lying. I eventually had to remake friends with everybody to continue 'healthy' in the future of the game.
That was a trip.
