No disrespect intended but, you can toss that in an envelope, write non-machineable across it and add 20 cents over the cost of postage. Seems like that would be appropriate for a piece of broken jewelry.

I would but the post office hear won't allow it. The 5.00 should get across country.. They say it is too thick. I tried this before. Also, if someone wanted to, they could take off the shell/ silver part, and have a cute bracelet. But I put it down as scrap with a low starting bid, so it can be either.
