Will not read discs. Believe it needs a simple DVD drive installed. Repairs would only cost about 20$ in New Jersey. However I had already bought a replacement before I found out it was repairable. Buyer pays for shipping by PayPal ONLY. How its shipped is up to the buyer. It will be mailed by 08360 area code if you choose to research the rates
