pendulum base stone looks like a moss agate (type of quartz), the very topmost clear stone is clear quartz, the dk red is bloodstone most likely, the orange is probably carnelian, the yellowish one looks like a yellow agate, the green could be adventurine , tho others I cannot see well enough to venture a guess, whoever made it used a stone of the correct color for each chakra plus a quartz for cleansing on the very top, hope that helps.
