This is a 3gs 8gb AT&T iphone. Clean esn and unlocked. I've been using it on straight talk with absolutely no problem at all. I recently upgraded to a 16gb and I no longer need this one.

It comes with a charging dock, a retractable charger, earphones, a hard back full case and a rubber soft case. It will be reset to factory settings before shipping.

The screeen is perfect. No damage what so ever to this phone except a crack near the charging port on the back side. This is common with this style of phone and the cover protects it. The crack has never caused a problem.

It's ready for use immediately. All you have to do is put your sim card in it and it's ready to go. This has been a great phone and they only reason I don't use it anymore is because I wanted more memory (I have hundreds of songs in it and it was getting clsoe to full.
