Wore this Dress ONCE, way too small for me..(Light stain on the skirt area see first pic) labeled a size M, this is NO where near that, this will fit someone who is Small petite. Mini dress so it is short, halter style top area. This is one piece. armpit to armpit is 13" across. Mid area (poka dot) is elastic band.Dress has SOME stretch to it. total length about 28". FREE shipping usa. I ship once a week which is usually on saturdays. thank you

it is a light stain, you can see it in the pic, not sure what kind it is since i wore it once and don't recall how i stained it
