I sure hope this white primer is Not Dry...I won some before and they were dry! What a bummer...

ahhh im sorry, ya i know that would be a disappointment, these are fresh, never opened, the only way a primer would be dry is if its been used and air has been pumped into it (remember never pump your mascara brush into the container, always swirl around on the inside to get product out, pumping it get air into it, drying out the product), also an old product would eventually dry out, these are fresh, thank you for stopping by =-)
