Watcher #24 I had to go through all your pages to find it you didn't leave a link but I am patient and pure cajun, when my father pasted in his home we found a set of Doubloons it's 4 on a card sealed in a bag and it was for the Freedom Years 1776-1976 and the card which is still sealed gives the History of the "Young City Of Nouvelle Orleans" and the back of the card says "We are honoring those men that signed the Declaration of Independence and who won for us the freedom that we enjoy today" and it continues on to tell about the Louisiana Territory and Governor Galvez which where I am from a small town called "Gonzales" we have a town named Galvez connected to us with as many Doubloons as you have posted have you ever seen this card or would you know anything about it it's a set of 4 with Silver, Gold, Green and Purple would you message me if you have ever seen this it was odd to find it 27 years ago in my fathers home whom I had never met and I learned about him and his life through given the task of clearing out his home Near Hammond in " a small town named Ponchatoula" wish I had been given the chance to meet him alive but glad I got to learn about his life from what he left behind being his only child I was contacted in the military of his death and becoming the owner of the property weird how things work in life my mom said she didn't know where he lived when at one time I lived less than a mile from him as a kid which is sad but that's what split families go through and the kids suffer only for the parents to not realize it since I always wanted to know who he was but she was never willing to give me even a hint but I as a parent and now grandfather make sure my children and grandchild know EVERYTHING regardless of the fact I left LA I'm still a cajun I just happened to leave to serve my country for 30 plus years......Hope to hear from you, best of luck with your badge haven't learned what they are yet but trying to help....
