Pit Bull Welder's goggles.
Ever try welding without eye protection? You aim then look to the side or squint before you lay a bead? Not good. These are perfect eye protection for the home workshop, welding shop, or just to have in your toolbox in case you need them.
In case you're wondering, I DO NOT RECOMMEND these for eclipse watching, although they would be better than nothing. Ask your doctor or health care professional. They're like 10X's darker (my guess) than sunglasses.

do the lenses fold up

No, but the dark lens retracts up to enable the operator to see his progress, and there is a clear protective lens underneath, not just the dark welding lenses in front. It does not fold in half in the middle, where the bridge of the nose is, like some of the aviator, motorcycle, etc. types that are available. Thanks for asking.
