I have these hot cocoa canisters full of different flavored, different colored hot cocoa. NOTE~ They are not completely full.

Are these factory sealed? If not, is it possible to remove the cocoa from the tins?

They are not sealed and yes, if you want the cocoa removed I can do that!

Yup, if you could do that, it'd be awesome. Right now they break the "food" rule, but the tins themselves can be auctioned as long as the cocoa is removed.
