These photos I uploaded are larger paintings that are Unfinished on my easel now!!!! But, sometimes I need a break while still wanting to maintain my painterly flow.... so, I thought I'd offer something here~!

I have mainly victorian style furniture, impressionistic artwork. Would one of your "realism" pieces fit in OK? I'm not a fan of Van Gogh...think he's an Abstract painter. Forgive my ignorance. Clearly, I'm not an expert :-) Thank you. Either way, you are very talented. Thank you for showing us your work

Thank you! :) Surely if i've gotten a good feel for what you prefer, via photo of you and/or the space you're wanting to place the item, I'll be able to 'match' whatever flavor necessary. I have such a broad spectrum of techniques and skills, but used to paint mostly only Impressionism years ago, I've been doing the portraits for a couple of series and just LOVEing it, especially eyes! ..But i could even do your postcard as a landscape or other significant imagery to you. I'd love to be the one who helps expand your art-appreciation!! Thanks for your interest :)

The wedding kiss painting (which is 3' x 4' !) is from a b&w photo~ & there were stairs behind them, which are becoming 'beams of light' in the sunset/rise ;} It's a different type of lighting that works well actually, & i've done from sepia photos as well~ :) Thanks for asking!!

I mean 4 times the bid. You could start another auction for 3 portraits with a gin for
the amount of the winning bid x 3, tell me when you are going to do it, & I would immediately bid the gin amount. All this would hinge on me winning this auction.

Ah! i see~ i had no idea such a thing was possible! Thank you :) well, yes I suppose we could do that... just want to be clear that these are meant to be the more impressionistic 'quick' portraits, (i usually call them Zen paintings because they are a one-shot focused meditation piece rather than many hours long shifts for weeks or months like my large canvases require) so it will not be one of the extremely detailed portraits I do. For such a thing, I'd have to start out with a much higher bid than 0 ~;) Also, there isn't a lot of space in a few inches, so i have a way of 'insinuating' details to make up for that, which is when i can be more abstract and really let my muse flow freely :) It's part of the fun for me about doing these small werks! I just thought it would be neat to bring my personal touch to Listia. I am, of course, open to Commissions if you'd like more time spent on professional style canvas portraits~ anyway, Thank you so much for this idea about the x4, I would be willing to do so since I'm feeling my way around Lista & have learned from you! :) I am looking forward to seeing how this auction turns out!!
