Yes, its new. I used it maybe three times. But there's nothing wrong with it at all. Its just not really my style.

I just took it to the store and back. So its probably seen 45 minutes of use total. Id say its new.

The bag is about 14" by 14". And the strap is another 22" from the top of the bag to the top of the strap.
