The rules state that you are responsible for the item until it reaches the winner. They state that you can't say that you aren't responsible for it once it leaves your hands. Good luck!

Oh, it does, I have read the rules but don't remember them all. I have seen this on several auction. I know it says you have to send it with tracking but it give you the option to send things without. It ask you yes or no. I do take all my items to the post office and the receipt shows what city and state an item is going to. So I do cross my paths some so no one can say I did not mail it. Thanks for the info.
