1. Plug the stereo bluetooth adapter into an iPod 2. Pair it with blue headphones 2. Listen to iPod without the hassle of headphone wires..... My bluetooth headset is really small, so alot of the time no one knows I'm listening to my iPod.

Would i need this part on an iphone or does the iphone already have blue tooth built in to serve the same purpose?

The last couple of generations of iPhones support A2DP Bluetootth. I know the first, and maybe the second, generation iPhone does not. It depends on the model of iPhone you have.

Does this work with Ipod Nano? So it lets you listen to music without earphones?

Yes...it should work with the nano. This adapter allow you to listen to the nano with Bluetooth headphones, rather than the wired headphones. No wires, more freedom :)

If you look at the pictures I posted, one shows all the iPods it works with. I'll try to figure it out if you know your model/generation iPod.
