To help packaging, I cannot image it be more than 3 dollars, but you can find a small slip envelope and take it to nearest post office and they can give you a general shipping charge for the U.S. Just my thinking don't have to take it. :)

The story is somewhat cliche but it looks different than your normal crossovers, are you planning to get all the comic books for it and all the variants

i don't like dealing with cash. so money order is fine, sneding cash can't be traced, so for both parties safety i'd say money order is better.
