Hand-painted and exquisitely detailed, this "Everett's Cottage" cottage is a glowing reproduction of one of Kinkade’s beloved cottage paintings, painted & named after one of his daughters. Windows illuminate with on/off switch. Requires 2 AA batteries (not included).

***PLEASE NOTE*** I do have the Cert. of Auth. but it will take me awhile to find it as it was my Mom's and is in with her things that I still have to go through. When I find it I could send it to you at a later date.
