Helping others, and ourselves... we don't turn down any animal donation, if we can use it or not, because we can always do stuff like this and make sure we can put it to use, and get what we need.

We try to do what we can.... We get things donated with things we can use, figured someone else can use them, and allows us to buy what we need for our dogs at the rescue. Most of our auctions are for the rescue.

Chest and Collar at the point it's set at which is fully adjusted out is 12", this is one of those ones where the two straps join into one at the top, with double ring for the leash.... It's a little odd, but I've seen them used before, seem to work fine.

Yes, you have photos but I can't read them. Your flash washed out the numbers on the ruler. Try taking a photo w/o flash, or give the measurements so I know. Thanks.

Double strap bottom, where the legs go through, single clip at top with double ring to clip lead to. 14" wide unclipped and laid out. 4" in diameter when clipped closed.
