I usually ship 1st class mail w/o a tracking #. If you're looking for something quicker then you're welcome to pay for an upgrade via paypal. If you want a tracking # then you can pay via paypal. This next part is for the monitors and flaggers, it came right from the rules page: "You may only charge for:

As per Listia rules your item with be mailed within 7 days of you sending your verified address. If you don't send your address within 7 days of the auction end, or let me know what graphic or font you want, I am allowed to keep your credits and relist the item.

Yes, you can have some other words on label, but I will only ship it to your VERIFIED address. I won't print USA on the 4th line unless you request it. You can get a saying, quote, anything on 4th line.
