Thank you!! =-) It just helps when you are new. It shows you are a real person and you are vested as a Seller and not a fly by night person. We get some kids on here and if you are a kid you can't provide that information. It just makes you look like a better person until you have some history.
Postage stamps $2.00 in postage stamps - I don't send cash.

Oh postage stamps :) ok that's fine :) sure I guess it could work it comes out to like 4-5 of those first-class postage stamps. I'm not sure on exact postage but when I use to sell books back in college, the cost of the book usually helped balance out the difference if I ended up paying more for postage.
I would use PayPal but I had a bad experience with them a few years ago when I use to sell stuff on eBay. My account got hacked into and they made purchases off my account and I had to contact them and what not to prove it wasnt me, was a big mess. I think things have changed but as they say once you've been burned its hard to trust.
So that's why I take money orders or in this case postage stamps (cuz you are paying for postage).
