@TinyKat she just used the wrong name to describe it. You plug the headphone jack into a music player or plug in a USB drive into it to play music in your car. My hubby and I use this EXACT kind in our car and we...well he mainly lol...love it. My only complaint is that you gotta be gentle with it.

It has a slot to put an SD card in so I believe it's as many songs as you want.
