Description

The listing, AMAZING DEPRESSION ERA "SODA CRACKER PIE" has ended.

This pie recipe was shared with me from my mother Inlaw.
She gave it to me 40 years ago. I love making it on holidays cause it has a special flavor. (Very rich) She said it was a real cheap pie to make during the depression.Because the only thing you needed to buy was sugar and soda crackers. They alway had chickens so there was eggs If you did'nt have walnuts your neighbor did so you would barter and the milk cow always gives cream. So I've always called it "Depression Soda Cracker Pie" I always thought it was simular to pecan pie, however I think it is because of the walnuts only.
The Pie has egg, sugar, walnuts and soda crackers and of course whip cream.
If you want to try one great pie Bid on the auction. you will not be disatisfied. I can email the directions or mail you a old fashioned hand written recipe. winners choice
Easter is around the corner it will make for a great dessert for those who do not like cake.
And it is the easiest pie you will ever make. Because it makes its own crust and filling.

I'm sorry I do not have a Photo. So I barrowed some, I hope they make you smile. ENJOY
PS for those who think this is like mock apple pie it is not. The only pie it could even be close too is Pecan Pie

Hi,

A new feature is being rolled out called "Digital Delivery." So that you get better results with your auction and it's more clear to your bidders, please select that option in your future listings when the item will be delivered to the winner digitally, such as via email. As a courtesy, I've edited this auction for you so that you wouldn't have to. Good luck with your auction!

I do not understand digital delivery? I had some one ask but I told them I did not know how to do it and that I would mail the hard copy for ultra violet movies. With recipes I give them the option of me sending listia email or a hard copy. I have had them request both.....Kim ****teach me or what ever for digital delivery*****
