sorry just reread your post, i have no clue if they are handmade or not. i bought them at an estate auction about 13 years ago cause they matched my decor. i have since changed decor and they no longer match so here they are! :) been in a box in closet for about 4 years now.lol they don't have any signatures on them so i couldn't even tell you where they were made let alone by who.:)
