Here is a sheet-wide block of twenty 15¢ stamps featuring an image of the American bald eagle, this commemorative stamp, designed by Peter Cocci, which was issued on September 1, 1980 to honor organized labor in America.

It was printed in the photogravure process on press plates of 200 subjects and divided into four sheets of 50, as supplied to post offices. These stamps are perforated 11 and were flourescently "tagged" for high speed machine processing. [Referenced in Scott as #1831]
