oh how true, how true. I used to operate a business called springrollz where I sold these at farmer's markets and festivals/fairs and customers just fell in love! This is one of my recipes. I have MS and I'm in a wheelchair now, so my food truck days are over, and you'd think we'd be sick of them, but everyone insists I always keep the freezer full :-)
