If you look closely below Glinda's hair behind her dress you will see a small part of her tag. I couldn't pull her tag to the front like I could Scarecrows tag.

No Dorothy doesn't come with Toto. Just Dorothy by herself. She doesn't have a tag. I have the scarecrow. And I assume the lion. The lion has a bow on his head . The lion doesn't has a tag. Then I have another lion with a cape on & a blue crown on his head. He doesn't have a tag either. Then I have a deck of wizard of oz collectible cards.

Neither one is in a bag. They have their original tag but weren't in a bag when I got them off of Ebay with some stuff I won. They have a pinkish color tag. Sorry, don't no which Madame Alexander collection they are from.
