No, it can be used on any computer

Um this does have to be used on a Dell Desktop/Laptop only as it's a Dell Disc created for Dell systems just so you know. This is a Preactivated disc for Dell systems and doesn't require any Windows COA/Product Key to be installed.

WHen I bought this from Tiger Direct, they said it would work on any computer hence the product key. Bid accordingly
