Hey listia community. I’m having a technical issue that I need you to help me with. For over a year now, listia has not been able to provide a consistent sign in. This means that every time I sign out, I have to reset my password to sign back in. Tried using different browsers, different computers. When I contact listia support, they say it’s a problem with my computer or my browser and so we go round and round. Of course I have to sign in to contact tech support which adds another layer of B.S. Then they say that they can’t reproduce the problem. Still, it reproduces every time I sign out. And the reset doesn’t always work. Last year I had to abandon my auction because listia couldn’t sign me back into my account. I couldn’t even contact the winning bidder to tell him the deal had been botched by our host. I have several auctions closing soon, I’ll be bringing in a bunch of credits that I may not be able to use because listia has failed repeatedly to provide competent support to their website. In the interest of all of our transactions going smoothly, I’m asking everyone to contact listia support and tell them to stop making excuses and deal with this. We are doing our part, we should be able to depend on them doing theirs. At this point I can’t. My computer automatically rebooted last night and I have to reset again. It doesn’t always work. Resetting several times a week is a bit much to ask. They’re not listening to me enough to even understand the problem, maybe if we talk to them as a community they’ll get up off their hands.
