I must say this little thing is AWESOME .I have one also .
Its better than a Big Bulky heating pad because you can tuck it in the back of your pants for BACK PAIN which I do .
Or you can do the same for the front for Period Cramps which my daughter does and yes I got her one also ;)

This is GREAT .....You will love it .It doesn't get too hot its just perfect ,and if your hands ache just put them in the front pockets of the little jewel ...
