How does it connect to iTunes if it doesn't go online? I mean how to get music on since it doesn't connect? I'm sorry for the questions. :( but I don't know about it. My mom wanted one for her to listen to in the car.

It connects to iTune through the USB charger (the pink one here, one end connects to the iPod, and the other end connects to the computer USB port). From there on, you can add music from iTune (or your computer) to the iPod :) I hope this helps. If it doesn't, I can try to see if I can find some video tutorials for you.

when u mail it you can get insurance incase it gets lost. the tracking number doesnt mean anything anymore:( my post my delivered a package to wrong house and claim he did here and i never got it:( and who ever he delivered to kept it:(

It is a Nano. More pictures are in the blog link and the video. Yeah, 6th generation is like 1/3 of 1st generation in its physical space.
