This very cute tutu is for your little baby girl and has a crocheted adjustable waist band so she can grow some. the matching headband is on a soft elastic. it is a zebra print and also has green glittering tulle underneath. this is all hand made by me.

it has an adjustable crocheted waistband, probably fit from about 6 mo (maybe 3mo depending on child) to 1 year or so. I didn't make it from a pattern so cant tell you exactly. But it is cute! Lepoard print...

I ship tutus all the time and they can be shipped for around $3. You'd get a lot more bids on it with a reasonable shipping fee.
