This set consists of two satellite speakers, a subwoofer, and a MP3 cradle. The subwoofer weighs 10 lbs while the satellite speakers weigh 2 lbs each. These Insignia speakers deliver 38 watts of total system power. It is divided between 22 watts for the subwoofer and 8 watts per satellite, which allows these computer speakers to deliver quality sound regardless of the buyer's listening preference. The Insignia NS-PCS41 has an impedance of 4 Ohms. These Insignia speakers have a frequency response range of 180 Hz to 18 kHz. The satellite speakers in this set are magnetically shielded, which allows for placement next to a computer monitor without causing interference.
