This auction is for one vintage "The Army and Navy Needle Book" that comes complete with 7 needles, 3 packs of silver steel, rust proof 1, 3, and 5 sharpes, and one needle threader.

Vintage! Great item for a collector!
Everything in package accounted for
(I checked carefully).
The front of the booklet has a small tear and a corner bend (like a dog ear) on the right corner. And another tear in the center. I'm including two photos to show the flaws (# 8 and # 9).

Otherwise this item from the past is in good condition!
On the back in very small letters, it says there are "7 gold and 12 silver needles with threader."

Early 1900s.
According to information found online, the needles were not made for soldiers and sailors to use but were marketed for use in the home after World War II.

Also on back of the sewing book (see Photo # 2) it says, " Diamond Drilled Eyed Sharps."
