This is a TRANSMITTER. It is not a player. It SUPPORTS listed formats and has two slots (micro SD and SD) and a USB port. You must have a memory card or a flash drive + a working car radio and speakers to use this device. Plug the butterfly into your cigarette lighter. Then, your SD or flash drive plugs into this device which transmits to your car radio. Music plays from an open radio frequency agreeing with your LCD setting. Its the same concept as the cell phone transmitter advertised on TV by the late Billy Mays.

You can connect your cell phone or your mp3 player via USB connector to the USB port for transmission as well.

For those who have seen this device posted before, I was unaware of the two SD slots on this device. I apologize for my lack of observation.
