f&w I have been interested in growing something...anything. If I were to win auction would you have some helpful tips? I live in Phx, Az Not sure what type of plants/trees would be best to grow here other than cactus. lol

thanks for the fan- i probably have lots of growing tips for you! do you know what planting zone you are in? the poppies do great outdoors in a spot that gets bright sun + can be planted in many different zones. the tomatoes will do great in az as well, just don't forget to water 'em! i'm actually growing all my tomatoes this year in a container garden...if you don't have a yard or have limited space this is a great way to grow veggies + some flowers. i'm not sure about growing fruit trees in your zone but you could visit http://www.ehow.com/how_6048746_planting-zone.html for more info with regards to this. thanks for the question!
