Tim Raines was a 7-time All Star who amassed over 2600 hits, 170 triples, and 800 steals in his career. Best known for the time he spent with the Expos, where he batted .301 over a decade, Raines also spent considerable time with the Chicago White Sox and the New York Yankees.
Raines is closing in on Hall of Fame induction. Entering his 7th year of eligibility, Raines began gathering attention a couple of years ago, increasing his vote total from 22% to around 53%, giving him a decent chance to get in within the 15 year eligibility period.
