If you buy a game from say GameStop they supply a new code for it by exposing the code on the web you have wasted it there for forfeiting its value you need to do your homework before listing because this could have fetched some serious points now anyone who buys it is entitled a refund

He did not install it, he just opened it put it in the PC and then ....nothing. He is playing Star Wars old republic instead.

i am not sure, but since I did list it was used, I don't know if you can. A used game is a used game. I did not hide the fact he played it once. I did not know the key was shown and is no good.

I bid too without reading the comments. There is a difference between a used game and a useless disk with no rights. Ask listia to pull the auction because if I win I am requesting a refund.

Can you tell me what the difference is, because if the game was USED as I said it was then the code would not be valid. I am not going to ask to have it pulled because you can not tell the difference. Next time, ask if the code is valid. And James, whoever has the last bid wins it. If yours is not the last bid don't worry. Seriously ladies and gentlemen, ask questions before you bid going forward, like what does used intail and google to see if it is a playable game.

You should pull this auction as you said the game was used not that the CD key was used. there is a huge diffrence. You can always re-list it as just the CD and map but you posted the GAME there is no game here. Only a CD and a Map. The key make's it a game. You would not go to walmart and buy one of there games if they did not remove the plastic cover so you could get at the game. The key is the same concept. Therefore you have a CD and a Map and a Case. This neededs to be said in description. As per listia rules you are changing the description. on your first comment and the one most people will read it says "He did not install it, he just opened it put it in the PC and then ....nothing. I am not changing it, it is still a used game. Someone stole the key. I understand I messed up. Everyone...listen. after the auction is over I will handle the problem. I am on vacation and will not be trying to get this cancelled. Calm yourselves. The winner and I will take care of it, and not here in messages. Thank you all for looking out for each other. I am fair and not going to make someone pay for a non playable game. I post and bid on here all the time. So.....RELAX and go eat candy...

And for everyone OUT THERE FREAKING OUT, I offer this. There are places on the web that you can get a new key for this game. You just have to look. So even though the key on this game is used, you can get another key to play the game. Yutube or google it. It is still a good auction. It is a playable game. After it ends I can even possibly provide you with a new code.
