I just got this about 2 weeks ago, and I have ONLY used it 3 times, to play angry birds! I am just so accustomed to my large screen monitor, and how things are done on my desktop pc, that I just do not see myself using this, but while I had the chance, I wanted to give it a try! I love the android app, as it is what I have on my phone, but... I cant do nearly as much on my phone as I can do on here! Of course, this is MUCH faster and larger than my phone, with much more storage and options!!! It does have the 4.0, as opposed to older versions! I have put up MANY pictures which will answer any question you have on this Awesome tablet!!!

What I din't understand is how can a person use the internet if they are not by a router?? Loke if I was a pasenger in a car, how would I be able to work online??

You have to have a wireless connection. Whether it be from your home wireless, or... near a business that offers free wireless, like Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds and droves more...! You can also get one of the companies who offer wireless service by having a little component that you plug into the usb hub... but no, of course you cannot use it to get online if you do not have a connection.
