Do you have a recipe for small pond fish, bass, blue gill, perch, trout, etc? I' m tired of watching them swim right on by me. & I need something that's going to stay on the hook!

I only have one guaranteed recipe, but every time I use it, the cops show up & want to " get involved" yet, when I offer to let them throw the bait in the pond, "after I lite it" they end up kicking me outta the area, saying, "if we see you here again" we're going to have to.... "Over here it's, "3 strikes & your out"!
