will this work on Skype with windows 7 ?

You would likely need to download Windows 7 drivers for it online - my laptop does all the searches and downloads pretty much on its own when I use plug and play devices so that is always a pretty easy thing, not sure of yours. This is brand new/sealed so I cannot test this out for you. You may be able to Google for that information - Case Logic is a well known, big name brand so I think it likely works just fine with Skype too.

Just an FYI, you may be able to change the GIN if your going to lower GIN number. I also know you can change the shipping options, but again it must benefit the buyer. So switching from exact to free is possible, as an example.

You can change the shipping from exact to free but once there is a bid you no longer have access to the GIN at all. =)

I honestly do not know the answer to that - I would think if they have Drivers available it shouldn't be a problem but I do not know if they do - You may be able to find that answer online. Sorry.
