This is a vintage 1971 illustrated paperback version of the Little Prince by ANTOINE DE (1900-1944).SAINT-EXUPÉRY was born in Lyons, France. He took his first flight at the age of 11, and became a pilot at 26. He was a pioneer of international commercial aviation and flew in the Spanish Civil War and World War II. His writings include not only The Little Prince, but also Wind, Sand and Stars, and Southern Mail. In 1944, while serving with his French air squadron, he disappeared during a reconnaissance flight over the Mediterranean.
Condition. There is a name and owner's embossed stamp on the blank page before the title page and monor bumping to corners. Otherwise is very good vintage condition.
