Can you build all 3 at the same time or do you have to choose 1 at a time? I mean are there enough pieces to have all 3 at once?

You can only build one at a time - Building instructions are included though for all three models. ALL Lego sets that are 2-in-1 or 3-in-1, only allow you to build one of them at a time. Thanks for asking :-)
