Note: If you would like to make a dress instead of a tutu, all you have to do is make the tulle longer in length. Wrap a tape measure around the waist about belly button level, to determine her waist circumference. Cut a piece of 1/2-inch-wide elastic this size. Sew the elastic ends together. Cut the pieces of tulle for the skirt or dress. The pieces must each be 24 inches long for a 12-inch-long skirt or 36 inches long for an 18-inch-long skirt. When using three different colors, cut 30 strips of each color for a small-waisted child, 40 strips of each color for a medium-sized child and 50 strips of each color for a larger child. Can use up to 8 different colors. Lay three pieces of tulle together, one of each color. Align the ends and fold the strips in half. Knot the middle of the strips around the elastic & repeat to attach another three pieces of tulle to the skirt. Push the knot as close to the first as possible to make a full skirt. Continue all the way around the skirt. Can add some imitation gemstones with glue. Press the gemstones against the strips of tulle at random places on the skirt. To add ribbon bows, pin a few small bows at random places on the skirt. Insert a few stitches through the tulle and the bows and remove the pins

My daughter thought she was bidding on a tutu only to find out she was bidding on "instructions". She was DEVASTATED! It's sad people are taking other people's credits for something you can get for free off the internet. Well here are the "instructions".

It's the same with a lot of recipes and crafts. You can find them online and people are charging credits for them. As long as people are willing to pay their credits others will charge for them.

On this auction? The bids for THIS auction goes to charity. It's donated to the one of the winner's choice or to Ronald McDonald House. That's not sad at all. The more credits that are donated to the Charity's, the better. I'm giving away the instructions for free because my daughter's credits were stolen. The Ronald McDonald house helps parents who cannot afford to stay at hotel's when their children are in the hospital. My son has hemophilia and I've personally needed the Ronald McDonald house. I think this is a way to give back and I thank every single one of you who's donated your credits for this cause. That's not sad nor funny in any way, shape, or form.
