This is gold tone with a guard inside to fit to size. Pull the stone out an push in another. Quite old was our grandmothers an has several stones with. There are 3 or 4 that i think might be marbles, never know what grandma would do,, if she thought it was pretty she'd where it lol Thank you for looking

How securely do the stones fit in? I would hate to be loosing them all over

You can squeeze it together to make them fit tight. I have never worn it was grandmas who we lost several yrs ago.
