NO BIDDING NEEDED !!!
Get a piece of ribbon (Gross Grain Works Best) and measure around your Childs waist.
Now multiply that 3 x .(Example if your childs waist is 10 inches you will need 30 inches of ribbon.)
Tie a knot at each 10 inches (Example: ribbon...1st knot ...ribbon....2nd knot...ribbon)
Now the Tulle there are many ways to get this I buy 6 yards of each color of the rolls.(most prefer the rolls IF YOUR JUST STARTING I SUGGEST THIS)
FOR A LAYERED LOOK ...If you want a 12 inch tutu you will need to cut the first color in 24 inch strips. ( add 2 inches for tying knot)
The second color you will cut into 22 inch strips. ( add 2 inches for tying knot)
The third color you will cut into 18 inch strips. ( add 2 inches for tying knot)
Now take one of each and lay them over each other.
Now fold in half. Lay the top half under the center of the ribbon. Now loop the tulle into the loop that's over the ribbon. Continue this until the center of the ribbon is filled.
Now your tutu is complete tie around your princess waist in a pretty bow.
